Governing Body under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister of Odisha is the key body for policy making for functioning of the State Authority CAMPA and to review its activities. Other members are Minister of Forest, Environment & Climate Change, Chief Secretary, Secretaries in the Departments of Forest, Environment & Climate Change, Planning & Convergence, Finance, Rural Development, Revenue & Disaster Management, St & Sc Development, Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment, Pachayatiraj & Drinking Water, and Science & Technology apart from Principal chief Conservator of forests & HoFF, Odisha, Principal Chief conservator of Wildlife and Chief Wildlife Warden. The Secretary of Forest, Environment & Climate Change department is the member secretary of the committee.
