The Executive Committee Includes following members,
- Principal Chief Conservator of Forests - Chairperson
- Chief Wildlife Warden – - Member
- Chief Conservator of Forests (Plan/Schemes) - Member
- Financial Controller/Financial Adviser in the O/o the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests – Member
- Two eminent NGO’s to be nominated by the State Government for a period of 2 years at a time who shall be eligible for re-nomination – Member
- Nodal Officer-Member Secretary.
The Compensatory Fund Act 2016 was promulgated on 03rd August, 2016 to provide the establishment of fund under public account for each state and the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section (30) of CAF Act 2016 published the draft compensatory Afforestation Rules 2018 on 16th February, 2018 for smooth operation of the fund to raise the different activities in the APOs.
